I've never personally had a bad experience from OSA, in any capacity. Just saw that specific post you referenced with some... unhappy comments. Didn't know why until I saw that feedback.
Not sure how some folks walk around with their rep/name/honor trashed like that. Maybe a pitfall of the internet era.
