Hey Danny, if you don't like boiled/steamed crawfish....no head suckin' or tail shuckin'....try the fried
crawfish tails at Popeyes. They may not have them in the Oklahoma stores, but they had 'em
in their S.E. texas stores and in Louisana stores.

I believe I've seen these at the Popeye's on base, but I haven't tried them. I love seafood and shellfish and I really want to like crawfish. I get so jealous of people and their crawfish broils, but I don't know why since I think they're gross. I've had crawfish at a Chinese buffet, which may or may not represent what they're supposed to really taste like, as well as Crabtown in Bricktown. They both tasted like pond water. Maybe I just haven't had good crawfish? People told me the same thing about catfish, though. I've tried Mama E's, which is supposed to have excellent catfish, and it tasted just like all other catfish I've had.. cornmealed, deep-fried pond water.

I want to get nasty with shuckin and suckin. I want to slurp these juices Slack mentioned.

I don't like Bricktown-Crabtown!!!!! Last time I ate there I had their version of stuffed crabs and crabcakes.
Cornmeal....it tasted and was made of cornmeal, with celery..it sucked. Never again!

I miss the Gulf Coast and it's food, especially the softshell crab.

When you're in Vegas...try Landrys.....Mmmm,mmm. The man (William Fretiti) owns Landrys, Willie G's
Rain Forest Cafe, the Aqurium Restaurants and parts of S.E.Houston-Kemah and half of Galveston.

He sold all of the Joe's Crabshacks to buy both Golden Nuggets..Vegas and Reno.

Where's Landry's at?

We already have plans to eat at Rio's seafood buffet and I'll be hitting LobsterME at least twice. I want to try the lobster rolls and the lobster waffles. http://lobsterme.com/#menu

Its just North of the Rio....really North of the Gold Coast Casino. Dang, I can't remember the name of the side street Landrys is on in Vegas. You'll have to google it,also if there are any name restaurants in the Golden Nugget, you can be sure the owner, owns that chain....eithe steak house or seafood...and they'll be good.

I'm spellin his name wrong...not by choice. William Frettiti?spelling... His headquarters for the restaurants is in the Galareia are in Houston...next to the Rolls Royce/Bently dealership. You know when he's in Galveston, his helicopter is on the pad in front of one of his hotels...The San Louis...in good ol "G"-town..Galveston.
