not rich, just have gained a friendship. Also going to be sending him my trp to currect any issues from the factory and do carry cuts on the slide. He does do amazing work though!

Honestly I'm not sure about the design of the front sight. The gun was designed for an indoor firing range competition. I never had any problems acquiring a sight picture but I still have good eyes. If the gun is ever used for a tactical situation, I figure i'm already in a bad situation since it was never meant for anything but range work.

7k for a 1911? Holy cow. How accurate is it supposed to be? I understand you can get fancy and buy the best parts but I doubt I could ever justify spending that much. Granted I don't make that much a year either lol.
