Good job Dustin.
Agreed, but I want to see more pics of the fat drunk Dustin.
Good job Dustin.
I lost 100+ pounds in around a year. Didn't stop eating anything. Just got the My Fitness Pal app on my phone, let it calculate my BMR set on sedentary. Then picked a deficit of 1000 calories per day (7000 per week or 2 pounds per week). I recorded everything that went into my mouth and all exercise that I wouldn't normally be doing. That extra walk at lunch, bike rides, etc. Weight came off right at 2# per week for 8 months then as I got closer to the goal I backed to 1# per week or 500 cal a day. I've kept it off over 2 years now and am in the best physical shape of my life. I ride my bike as often and as far as I can. It has to be a lifestyle change. If you're on a diet get ready to put the weight back on as soon as you're done. I love taco bell so much. I ate taco bell from a size 42 to 32.

You can lose weight without exercise just like you can with it. If you add up the calories honestly and get your BMR correct it just takes a deficit. Exercise just allows you to eat more and maintain the deficit.
You'll still be in horrible shape if you don't exercise. Out of breath on the way to the kitchen to grab that spinach smoothie.
