Don't have to worry about ski boats and jet skis running over you this time of year.

Funny you say that when I looked in the post #3 first picture I thought I seen a skier towards the shoreline left side of the picture.. looked to be a slalom skier.

Then i focused and it was the line guide on the guys fishing rod..I was thinking FOOL is out playing in the water.
I have been out this time of year Very cold water Diving off the cliffs at tenkiller and swimming to the other cliffs 200 feet away and diving in off that side and back and forth.

Nice catch! This is the best time of year to sack them up in my opinion. Spawn can be good too, but spring rains in our flood control reservoirs tend to make it difficult at times.

19deg this morning. Pretty slow bite, mainly due to trolling motor issues couldnt stay on the fish. I had to leave at 1130 but kept 15, no slabs for me today, biggest ones around 10”. Buddy stayed out he had around 24 when i left.

I have unloaded the boat several times that the ramp iced over behind me.
