Yep. Skipped cardio yesterday tho because of my weight workout Sunday night. Hittin it today here in a bit, box and martial arts. Steak for dinner tonight, yeehaw, my fave food in the whole world, loll.

Anyone use bodybuilding.com?
Ya, its in my favorites menu but I go to Generation Iron mainly.

I got nine in - was meeting the wife after run. (she started her run before me) Noticed her car was gone before I got finished....she twisted her ankle BAD on 2nd mile. She's out for a while, and not happy about it.

Busy afternoon today, but I'll try to get some weights in if I can.

Sorry to hear this. Hope she recovers fast.

5 miles for me today. It was slippery out there.

Only thing worse than sitting and healing and getting stir crazy is getting out too soon and screwing it up worse. BTDT.

Dentist drilled on me today. Taking it easy tonight. At least I have no appetite :)

Gonna try to run in the mud today.

Wife is threatening to try to run on her injured ankle. She's been warned, and she's an RN....she knows better....

***good grief. Wife just texted - she ran 3 miles on that ankle, said she "took it easy". Tough chick, she is.***
