The one I received is definitely not a clone. I went to eotechs website and checked all the things they mentioned. Hopefully hemi just got a return and they will straighten it out.
I haven't ordered one of these from them but I did purchase my parker crossbow from them. Other than taking a few days longer on the shipping than necessary, there were no problems - bow came in a sealed box from parker and appeared to never have been assembled. Also, going thru them did save me nearly $150 over the next cheapest competitor at the time. Needless to say, I was pleased with them and would order from them again.
I ordered from them also. My Eotech showed up yesterday and was brand new, no marks on bolts and package was unopened.
