That is only the case about half the time. I had low blood sugar most of my life. I had to eat every few hours. Then I got older and as it does in many cases, it flipped. Now I have a constant battle with high blood sugar.Why do a majority of people that "need" insulin, need insulin? How did they get diabetes? Granted you have a exponentially smaller demographic of type 1..... but again.....how did those people get type II? Did they NEED that food they were stuffing their face with? That's some fun logic you have there that we can explore.
On a side note I bet a lot of pot smokers end up as diabetics if lung cancer does not kill them first. I have never met anyone high and with the munchies that reached for a salad.
