Reading request it appears like they are ordering 200k of training ammo.
I might be wrong but in the PDF of the actual order it states they want 100k rounds priced in 1k units and they want 100 units which is 100k.
So they are looking for 100k of 40 cal and 100k of 9mm training rounds. Don't see an issue here.
The person who wrote the article appears mathematically challenged, that or it's just too early in the morning for me to understand a government solicitation contract.
