Gov't searching packages?

had a local company try to ship a pistol the wrong way.... had to get security involved...

Yes, but when I hire UPS to carry transport something for me, I have contracted with them, and agreed to the terms. When the govt does it, it expressly contradicts the contract I have with them regarding what they can search and seize.

I believe the .gov will trump any UPS contract, those fines dig into shareholders

Contracts are a matter of law, profits are a matter of shareholders. Which matter the most in our society?

And roughly 10" in length? Was it's diameter spec'd as "girth"?

I almost gambled on shipping two pistols regular 2 day but did it FFL to FFL instead to be sure(across state lines). After seeing this thread, glad I did.
