HB3098 Constitutional Carry

Passed the Senate tonight. Don't think it is done though. May have to go back to conference committee then to both houses again. But good news nonetheless.
Barrington(R), Bass, Floyd, Haligan(R), Matthews, Paddack, Pittman, Wyrick, Yen(R) voted NO.

I read the current version of the bill, and very much approve of it. There are numerous small benefits besides the allowing of unlicensed open carry.

I still think that calling this a "Constitutional Carry" bill is a misnomer.

Could you list a few? I tried to read it but my head started to spin shortly into it. lol. I need some law classes to understand some of this stuff.

Clarification to allow multi-barrel handguns (think derringers) .
Clarification to allow multiple projectiles for one round (shotgun shells).
It allows loaded handgun car carry for self defense.
Makes the ban on knives in schools for students only.
Removes the requirement to begin the license application with your county sheriff (now you can start with ANY county sheriff).

This section is very interesting to me:

A. A person shall be permitted to carry loaded and unloaded shotguns, rifles and pistols, open and not concealed and without a handgun license as authorized by the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act pursuant to the following conditions:
