I work in AR every weekday, havent had Okie beer in years.

I aim for 2 quarts (half gallon) of plain water per day, more in warm weather or I'm more active.

Couple of years ago I gave up soft drinks cold turkey, replaced with mostly water and some unsweetened tea. By that alone, lost 10 pounds in 10 weeks.
Just wish I could give up soft drinks a few more times...

I read somewhere that we need 1/2 oz to 1 oz of water per pound of body weight as a rule (sometimes more or less).

They say if you drink when you are thirsty you're already dehydrated. Well I drink water all day and I'm still always thirsty.
