How many dirt roads have you seen a divider line on?

The report said he was left of center. Nuff said.

indangering the public while driving without his headlight on. If he recieved a call and had reason to approach with out the lights on I could understand but the report never stated that. So your telling me that Law enforcement can break the law by driving without headlights on a moving car just because that want to?

The game warden wasn't breaking the law, the dead guy was.

Based on the rest of your posts, your mind is made up and you will not listen to reason. No need to respond further, because I will not reply.

I'm sorry for the Game Ranger that he has to endure this mess because the bike rider chose to get drunk and ride down the wrong side of the road.

Game Rangers do a very dangerous job. I'm a big, big fan of the ODWC.

What says the bike rider was drunk? All it says is that someone on the scene claimed that he smelled of alcohol.

I've been accused by more than one trooper during a traffic stop of having a smell of alcohol - one time all that I had was a Braum's burger and chocolate malt, and the other time was McD's chicken nuggets and a Dr. Pepper. Both times it was phrased the exact same way.

"You smell like alcohol. Have you been drinking?" <No>
"May I search your vehicle?" <No>
"Is that because I will find an open container?" <If this conversation is to continue further beyond [[the initial cause]] of this traffic stop, I would like to consult my lawyer first.>
Gives warning to replace tag light, which wasn't out on either stop

"Smells of alcohol". That one always gets me: pure alcohol is odorless.

The officer involved in the accident checked my hunting license just 2 weeks ago. Seemed like an ok guy.

Besides everything else that is wrong with your "argument", I wanted to point out that:

Shooting a highpowered rifle from a road IN THE DARK endangers more than just an "animals" life. I really doubt the folks doing this "know their backstop and beyond".

So its really more about public safety, than wildlife management.

thats the whole basis for allowing the GW's to drive in a black out condition. My house sits behind a wheat field that always has deer on it. I sure don't want some poachers bullet coming into my home.
