I admire the spirit, and the effort to "do something", but you want me to commit my truck, trailer and ATV(s) to just head out and drive around in any direction? Sounds like they forgot the key aspect of "bugging out"....having a place to bug out to.

They are planning on being mobile and versatile... which will work for a day or three. But if things are bad enough you can/are going to be bugging out cross-country, you're going to need to plan for a whole lot more than 24-72 hours. It will take weeks/months to get things back to a semi-civilized state, and maybe much longer.
No way I'd go forward with something like this. For one thing... you're gonna run outta gas PDQ, and then your "mobility" counts for naught.
