It's posable I think it's the heat of the bullet from fireing it that close to the ice the bullet is hot the ice is thick and cold the hot bullet makes the ice melt causing the bullet to jump and move in the ice
In all my years using pistols to break up the ice, I've never seen a bullet spin like this one. I'm thinking it's not real.
Didn't see any rifling marks on the bullet, but my eyes are not what they once were.
