I’ve been painting the exterior of this home we are rebuilding. I start at day break and give up around 3 o’clock. I have worked outdoors my whole life, but age has it beating on my ass as I get older.

So many complaining about the heat must have forgotten the summer of 2011 when it was 115 degrees (actual temp) for weeks.
Its 100 degrees now and that simply is not as hot as I've seen. 15* difference is a lot.

I remember it being 100+ that year, at 3am that is.... You know it's hot when the AC can't even catch up at night.

Its 100 degrees now and that simply is not as hot as I've seen. 15* difference is a lot.

I vividly remember that year and the one in front and back of it…weeks of 100• weather. I almost moved away.
My water bill last month was almost $300 trying to keep my trees, shrubs and plants alive.
