Any I've seen, admittedly I've not done a ton of looking, are 6 figures if outfitted AT ALL. Like 105k for one that has finished walls and 2 bench seats that turn into a bed. No crazy lighting or kitchen or bathroom or anything. Cargo van with interior panels and a convertible bed. Yeesh!

You can get a badass 5th wheel or a motorcoach for 500 grand and buy the vehicle to pull the 5th wheel with change left over vs being cramped into a tiny van. But if that is what one wants, who am I to say?
There so big I don't think you could take them up in the hills on those narrow roads and it would take a semi wrecker to get it out if you got it stuck. Think I would rather have a Prevost pulling a jeep or bronco
That is the camper I've been wanting to get also. The people three houses down the street from me have one.
Ours is 6 wheel drive. We camp offroad mostly as well. It is for sale too! Unbelievable fuel economy.

This I built for myself and drove it everywhere I needed to go for 13 years.
Gas powered Ford. And I tried for 20MPG during the build but got 17.6 almost every time I filled it up.
