Remember, all newspapers are run by far leftist individuals and groups. Many papers will gladly throw their own state under the bus to get a few thumbs up from the purple hair crew. That being said, in today's times, I wouldn't live anywhere but rural oklahoma.

I just read that article really fast and the all 20 safest states with the exception of Wyoming are high regulation nanny states .
