You should. There are a ton of big reds still in use today among our local farmers and ranchers.I rode lots of miles on a Honda 125m (I think it was an M) usually with her leaned over on two wheels. My mom has her and my grandads Big Reds stored in the garage. Maybe when I go down there on vacation next summer, I'll see if they'll fire up.
I miss my 85 250R two stroke with a full race build by Selvy's of California. Same folks that built engines for Team Honda desert racers. It would destroy the 350CC banshee's in a drag race.
Started racing ATC's in 82 and quit in 87 after the National Championships in Boyd Tx when the Government called the three wheeler the most dangerous piece of equipment on earth and banned importation.
Ended up 9th in my late 30's against a bunch of teens and twenty somethings. Still have the trophy in the attic somewhere if someone want to verify.
Miss those days of balls out racing. The adrenalin rush from then is still remembered today. Oh the memories, lol.
