I rode lots of miles on a Honda 125m (I think it was an M) usually with her leaned over on two wheels. My mom has her and my grandads Big Reds stored in the garage. Maybe when I go down there on vacation next summer, I'll see if they'll fire up.

You should. There are a ton of big reds still in use today among our local farmers and ranchers.
I miss my 85 250R two stroke with a full race build by Selvy's of California. Same folks that built engines for Team Honda desert racers. It would destroy the 350CC banshee's in a drag race.
Started racing ATC's in 82 and quit in 87 after the National Championships in Boyd Tx when the Government called the three wheeler the most dangerous piece of equipment on earth and banned importation.
Ended up 9th in my late 30's against a bunch of teens and twenty somethings. Still have the trophy in the attic somewhere if someone want to verify.
Miss those days of balls out racing. The adrenalin rush from then is still remembered today. Oh the memories, lol.

I don't either for the most part, as my young pup buddies are always having to work and the guys my age can't seem to get off the frigging couch, so I just go ride alone. It doesn't take long at the dunes to draw a crowd and some riding buddies. Some of the real young ones never knew a 3 Wheeler ever existed.

Ill hafta check its the newest to me and havent messed with it much.
I payed 400 for the SX then added All new tires. It has 3" axel extenders, new carb, plastic tank, fiberglass back with new flaps. Ebay is amazing for these old things!

I mainly ride alone too (54yrs old)
And it takes me back to the 200X i had back in the day[emoji106]

I wear a full face helmet, and all the safety gear when at Little Sahara. I'll join in with some pups rat racing in the trails on the south side vs their 4 wheelers, and when they stop for a rest a 66 year old guy with grey hair that just kept up with them and passed a few gets some pretty good reactions when the helmet comes off. Can't do it all day like in the past though. Make a showing and head back to camp for some beer and BS.(and some aspirin) Great times.
I'm only 1 hour and 45 minutes away from Little Sahara, so it's not uncommon to see me there for a day trip.

I’ve had a pair of 125 tri motos,atc 185 125 and 110 too. Never owned one of those new fangled 4 wheeler things. Not enough body english required to ride them.

I Agree. Just NOT the same at all and i kinda like the Oh Shi* factor
That TriMoto is a Bad Little Dude.....
Every bit as Scary as the 250 and almost as fast with No Suspension!
