I haven't eaten anything from McD's in over 20 years, but I think it's a good thing when these fake meats fall on their faces, especially when the companies that make them are supporters of causes that are opposed to my liberties.

I don’t consider the swill they serve as fit for human consumption.
The coffee is pretty good though.

The only time I eat at McD's is when I'm travelling alone. It's easy to grab a 2-cheeseburger meal. It's driving-friendly "food". Plus I can take a potty break and let the dogs out at the same time. Then get back on the road ASAP.
