Obama wants to ban crufflers? Does he realize how cranky and crochety most of them are? They'll have the curmudgeon society all over him like a pair of Depends! 
The C&R FFL Is a provision of the 1968 GCA. I think they'd have to change the law to do away with C&R FFL's. More stupidity from obama.
Wow. Getting rid of C&R FFL's is ridiculous. A friend of mine has one, and literally the only thing they are good for is getting your FFL discount at Midway and Brownell's, lol. My friend has had one for about 6 years now and he has yet to do a transfer with it. Just uses it for the discount, which is pretty substantial on certain items; well worth the 10$ per year fee.
