However, If you plan open carry, dont expect to go into any place of business at first. They will all ask you to leave. Its going to take a LONG time for people to get use to seeing a guy in Mickey D's strapped choking down a Quarter Pounder.

They didn't get to it today... went to committee meetings... tomorrow starts at 1:30PM (committee meetings in the morning), but its still there.

So as long as they don't pull the "lock it in the conference committee" crap like they did with ballot access, we should be good. Even if they do, I'm sure someone will start a discharge petition.
