You Sir, have obviously not had the pleasure of haute cusine ala Roach Coach. Pity.
I used to love Roach Coach burritos when I did construction a long, long time ago. (almost 40 years ago) One of my favorites was this one gal that ran a coach, during the winter she put the fried pies above the coffee urns. One a cold winter day there is nothing like a Roach Coach burrito followed by a warm lemon fried pie.
Think the burrito talk is bad. Wait till someone brings up the pickled eggs. It always happens...
Yes, the military "Roach Coach's" were the best. It's too bad they are almost gone.
I also have a weakness for the fried heat lamp burritos commonly found in gas stations.
