That's crazy. I can only think of one suicide from when I was school. Seems like once a week I hear of school aged person committing suicide. Its truly a sad deal.

Horrible to hear
Channel 6 has confirmed via the superintendent that a freshman student committed suicide with a firearm in one of the restrooms. Freshmen were release, all other schools in session. Obviously, I would bet any parent who wanted to pick up or check out their child today can do so without issue.
It's one of the reasons many are looking into the medication kids are being given for the various "attention" or "hyperactivity" disorders. The whole Newtown incident has prompted a more detailed look into the effects of these on the developing brain.
Sad news, and I hate to hear of it.
About damn time too.
As sad at it is, I'm super glad this kid didn't decide to take other with him.
