I'm happy I'm not the only one. I have been getting blasted at work and by my family. My step dad owns freakin semi auto shotguns but says that semi auto rifles should be outlawed as well as CCW. The question I asked him was if guns and gun owners were so crazy. Why don't you see shootings at HH, OSSA, any gun ranges or at the gun shows. But you see them at Theaters, schools, banks, etc.

Why are we even allowing the liberals to use the terms that they want to use in gun debates? The proper term for the guns that liberals call assualt weapons is home defense weapons. We should refuse to say that name. The use of "AWB" should be banned from this forum. Ban me, I used it. The real use of the weapons is for defense of our loved ones and our property.

I voted no. If you outlaw the manufacture of "assault rifles" and high capacitiy magazines, there will still be 100 million floating around in circulation. Criminals will still have no trouble getting one and even less people will be able to defend against an attack.
I bet the gun companies are loving this. I bought a new ar15 last week and told myself to buy 3 or 4. They are sold out now of every brand.
