The company I work for has drive cams installed in their fleet trucks. They can watch you and through the windshield on demand. Also the device records after it feels a certain level of force on it. They started installing these last year.
Same facts you have, nothing you have indicated would convict someone in a court of law, remember, innocent until proven guilty.

Mugsy, I would be honored to have you sit on jury that was passing judgement. I have located the busy body and he admitted to doing it. It was not the alleged co-worker, but my manager. He said half the fleet in the gulf coast doesn't have them. Upper management had sent a memo out asking to have the fleet updated. We have had several new trucks placed into service and mine was one of them.
