Company i work for, wont let us change our tires. We have not been "trained" so we have to call a tow truck to do it for us. And yes we have GPS.

GPS, and mobile devices in every vehicle. It's the way that things are going.

For some companies / software packages it's just to do simple logistics like figure out who's closest to respond, for some micro managing companies like UPS, they want to know if you are making to many left turns.

Try mercury kill switches on forklifts that have to be reset by a team leader to restart your forklift after you barely bump into something. And snitches get stitches and wind up in ditches!
