I mean, he's a crap person. Clay can laud him if he wants but he's developed nothing. He didn't develop a rocket, engineers did. He didn't even really "invent" Tesla. He bought it. As to the differentiator... If someone has an idea and finances it --- great. But you don't get to claim the invention. You can claim that you enabled it. All his rhetoric is always claiming the invention.

I actually might believe what you say. But I think I have ideas that may require engineering. Still all me if I can make it happen

If I recall correctly the 7500 has been gone for most Teslas for a while. The program that provided that credit was basically limited to "Once you sell X number the credit drops to (value) and then when you hit Y sales then the credit is gone." and since Teslas are the more popular electric the credits have run out. That's one reason that Elon, terrible person that he is, is in favor of canceling EV credits. His vehicles were already subsidized and he doesn't want competition so he's in favor of pulling the ladder up behind him.

You are wrong about the $7,500. I got it last week. It's not a "tesla " thing. It's a .gov thing.
Elon has talked about those credits. He doesn't believe in subsidies and is open about it. Not sure why of the hate.

"Occupy mars" is the goal! With the self landing rockets and tunnel boring methods he's developed, the pieces are lining up. Ai robots will soon be there building it while we wait, lol
