They dont usually put people in sporting goods at walmart with much experience. Hench the much mentioned lady at claremore walmart that didnt know the difference between .357 mag and .357 sig. I tried to educate her, it may or may not have worked.

Because the decent and ethical, deserving local business owner is $0.67 higher on a box of ammo. We are no longer about principals, we are about price

That's a great point. It's worth +10% to support local businesses. Especially places where you find knowledgeable folks and new friends.

It would be piling on to offer cheese to go with the whine of the OP.

But, OP, in light of your importance relative to the little people behind the counters, it seems that you should be more skilled in the area of written comminication. There is a key on your keyboard with the word "enter" printed on it. One can hit it a couple of times and start a new paragraph. Usually, when confronted by such a dense block of text, I skip it or at best scan it for tone.

I think this may be the first grammar related response I have ever made, and it is inspired primarily by the content, rather than the lack of paragraphs.

I made the mistake of reading the original post all the way through, though it was a struggle. It was truly off-putting. If that's really who you are, you should consider changing your heart. If you were just having a bad day, may your other days be better.

Fixed.

Yada yada yada... You'll be mad for a while, but you'll go back to the pen like a good little lamb... Because the decent and ethical, deserving local business owner is $0.67 higher on a box of ammo. We are no longer about principals, we are about price

i agree with that to a point, but I think you miss figured instead of average of .67 a box higher its more like $2-3 higher a box on average

Quick question....

Are you taking prescribed SSRI's? (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors)

just wondering.

Sounds like he could use some, or maybe an NDRI bupropion.

Sport depression causes anger and anxiety so you might wanna talk to the head doctor.

Really just trying to look out for you man, or maybe you're doing anabolic steroids? Those will do similiar things might want to quit them that stuff is bad for you.

Anyway bless you, it'll be ok eventually.

I've taken tips from the old farts that shop early and late to avoid crowds. Considering that gun and ammo sales are at an all time high, I make the time to get in at opening or close to closing. And, fart a lot in a busy line or area. After a few toxic ones, people seem to find other things to shop for.

I bombed the Reebok running apparel area at Dick's back before Christmas when I was shopping for my wife. Suddenly I was the only one looking at the 30% off winter running apparel for women. ;-)

I hear you, and i too have been guilty of big box shopping too. Small guys don't have the buying power of big stores, and that is what is evident in the price difference... It's not that these small guys are gouging (though some do) Walmart pays much less for ammo/guns/gear... So they pass along savings. Anybody who worries about $1-$3 a box for ammo should take up a cheaper hobby, IMHO
