Any who, nice to know I'm not alone on this one. It's apparent that it won't change in the near future but hey, when you have 1000 other people waiting in line who cares about how you treat them right? They'll be back next Saturday buying more overpriced ammo.

Seriously though, has your phone stopped ringing in the last couple weeks?

I have the right to act how I want as a customer.

This attitude and your other degrading assumptions about the employees of these stores could be part of the problem...

YOU can act however you want...and all of the lowly dropout loser employees should feel honored to smile and put up with it.

Personally, I haven't had the first problem with anyone at a Wal-mart, Academy, or any LGS...they are all super busy and trying to get customers in and out as best they can.

You have as much right as anyone to voice your opinion on and about my thread, but do note you came here, I didn't come to you and gripe about your problem. While SSRI's treat a variety of issues, they don't help ensure customer service. But again, I admire your concern. You are too caring my friend :) oh and before you ask, my dogs are fine too, stop worrying about me and focus your attention elsewhere.

I probably get 20-30 calls per day AR related.

No biggie, I just politely say, I have no AR related items at this time.

I had a customer today, that bought a .45 1911.

His wife bought him a box of 45LC.

She called and said "Um... somthing is wrong with this gun, the ammo wont fit"

Of course they could not take the ammo back, so I explained to them that they needed .45 auto instead of .45LC

I offered to trade them a box of .45 auto for their 45LC

When they came to trade the ammo, I had them both sign a waiver that BANG is not liable if they accidently shoot theirselves.

My customer service is top notch.
