That is probably mine too. I finally learned how to make authentic bierra awhile back.
It would be in a contest though with a fish taco featuring slightly seared yellow fin tuna with a remalaud sauce, lettuce, tomato and red onion.

Tacos with body parts…yum!
My folks used to make me eat pickled beef tongue, kinda tasted like corned beast.

Never tried pickled but have smoked a lot of tongues.

Dad used to say "I am not eating that, don't know where that tongue has been".
