Edmond off Waterloo? The truck or shack?
Usually whatever one is in my hand.but it is hard to beat a good Pastor Taco with some green sauce and some fresh radishes.
The truck, Waterloo and Broadway. While the shop on Waterloo is good, too. I just prefer the truck for lunch. The burrito are good, too.

It is pretty hard to mess up a Taco. IT can be done, but it is difficult. I have rarely met a Taco I didn't like.

My go to tacos are usually Pastor or Lengua. Lots of spicy salsa rojo and lime. Diet Pepsi.
Carne asada, with carnitas a distant second. A hole in the wall taco joint in Durant had the best I’ve for a buck and a quarter each. Of course, that was almost 20 years ago.
$5 each at the tacaria today for bierra tacos.
