I have recenlty purcahsed a beretta 21A in .22. It is a cheap and fun little gun it can also double as a backup/everywhere carry piece. Caveat about the 21A it must be kept clean or it will have start getting FTE and FTF, so for long range sessions bring a cleaning kit. I also have a Ruger MKII it has also been a fun and accurate range gun.

I have a S&W Model 22A that has served me well for many years. They are pretty cheap and easy to clean. The grip takes a little getting used to, but it is a deadly accurate gun. I killed about 15 skunks with it in one month about 10 years ago while patrolling. The farthest shot from the car was an estimated 60 yards. One shot. Dead.
