Yes but there is another meaning to your statement about being shot at and checking the reciprocity laws before traveling. Reciprocity meaning 'returning fire'. That was the double entendre I said was brilliant.

In my experience, if you slow down drastically and change your route, the shooter will move on.

I’ve been shot at twice in a car. Once on 240 and once on Air Depot. Once as a driver and once as a passenger. Both times we ducked behind the tiny A pillar and slowed way down and the shooters kept going. In both instances the shooters shot over the top of the car.

I know anything's possible and I'm not making light of the OP's question.

But I'm just gonna chalk this one up to things I'm really never gonna worry about. In the highly unlikely event it does happen, I'm gonna make it up as I go and likely fall back on the 'un-ass the area ASAP' plan through evasive driving.

Until then, I'm just gonna be mad about Black Rifle Coffee and other important stuff.
