In a lawless situation that the OP describes I'm not sure your deed will be worth much. An extra hand or two could be valuable.

Those extra hands are great until they turn on you. Family members only. And a couple of those I’d keep a close eye on.

I have a friend that has a missile silo in Kansas that i see every couple of years.It is 5 levels and has enough food for 15 people for several years.He recently divorced so at least 1 spot opened up.

So 1 of 12 Atlas F sites in Kansas. Good to know
