Sorry to burst everybody's conspericy bubble, but its actuall a Northrup Grumman X-47B unmanned aircraft under development for launching and landing from the flight deck of an aircraft carrier at sea. The 44000 lb aircraft is unique in that it is designed to fly preprogrammed missions and respond to computer commands from a mission operator, but the operator does not actively "fly" the craft via remote control like other unmanned systems currently operated. Its a stealthy vehicle and will be refueled in flight carrying a 4500lb payload, and be equipped with intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance sensors.
The two aircrafts in existance are being transported to Maryland for sea trials and aircraft carrier operation testing.
Ponca City happened to be on its route.
