No cpap. My wife says I do stop breathing in the middle of the night sometimes

Maybe a snack or something before bed but not a full on meal

Never heard of burping when turning over.
I have seen/heard many people sleep and toss and turn and never any burping happening.

Farting and snoring and talking in their sleep yes but no burping.

I'm apt to be sleeping on either side or on my back. I'm fine if I am sleeping on my right side, but if I get on my left side, I end up having to breath through my mouth because my nose kind of clogs up. As soon as I go back to the right side (or on my back with my head facing the right), I can again breathe through the nose.

My snoring issue went away after I got full dentures.

I’ve woken up with her on top of me strangling me. And not in a good way if you know what I mean

When I roll over in bed I do the same thing except my air expulsion was of the lower extremities.
