I've became a anti-sleeper. So it doesn't do much for me. I have almost a cup in the morning because Dr. Oz said it is heart healthy.

Same here... 12 scoops of Folgers Black Silk per pot - or after completing a large project so I can afford the good stuff, Starbucks Sumatra.

I'm typically a pot a day... sometimes when deadlines are looming it becomes 2... I know I've had too much to drink when I can sing "Clint Eastwood" by Gorillaz without missing a beat or lyric.

I drink one to two cups a day but its usually pretty watered down. Caffeine doesn't like me. But I freakin love coffee and I refuse to drink the abomination known as 'decaf'
