I plan to fry up some round steak for lunch. I have not made a fried baloney sandwich in awhile but it sounds good today.

Also grew up on fried and smoked baloney. Still love a fried or smoked baloney sandwhich, or as a dinner with fried okra and onion. Good stuff.

My Dad always said if you saw bologna on the menu at a BBQ joint, you were gonna have a great meal no matter what you ordered. I've found that this statement is spot on!
