Also grew up on fried and smoked baloney. Still love a fried or smoked baloney sandwhich, or as a dinner with fried okra and onion. Good stuff.

When I had a smoker on wheels trailer, my stepdad bought a 5lb chub for me to smoke. I tried it and was good. I just can't get up to try fried bologna.

It’s scallop season, and I found some fresh live scallops at the store. Paid $12 for these two monsters.
Lunch today was freshly shucked scallops seared in garlic herb compound butter, some lightly grilled ahi tuna, and sticky rice with some furikake and sriracha mayo.
