The thread in the pistol section about the Dan Combs commemorative pistol got me to remembering him. I did a quick search on YouTube and here he is voicing his opinion about the 2A.

Dan Combs is certainly someone deserving of any honor bestowed upon him.
Had the chance to see one of his shooting demonstrations as a young kid. His skill and
showmanship made quite an impression on me as a youngster. Truly an
impressive human being and a lawman that walked tall.

I also saw his demonstration in junior high school. Amazing. He did tell us about a negligent discharge he had as part of his presentation.

Awesome. I was lucky enough to watch him shoot on TV back in the early 1970s.
