Dealers under attack, Dealers gone!!

Back to the statement that if you are selling guns for a profit you need to be a dealer. Does this mean if you sell them at a loss you don't need to be a dealer.................or does it just mean you are stupid LOL!

Just because you put a "LOL at the end of your post, it's still not funny. Way to take a statement out of context to make a stupid joke. I'll clarify for you. If you are in the business of selling guns, the ATF wants you to be a FFL dealer. I don't agree with more regulations. But the anti-second amendment folks want to control our access to firearms.
