Roughed up a thumb this evening at happy hour on the water. Sunset was beautiful. I didn't stop fishing to snap a pic of the sunset.
I decided during the last hour of work that I needed to fish. Called a buddy to see if he and his son could be ready to go in 45 minutes. It was a great time! Threw back several and kept several.

Haven’t got the Tenkara rod out just yet. But did get a couple with my boys on Easter. My youngest wanted to hold it, and boy did he ever toss it back. T-ball practice is paying off haha
I Was able to get the boat out for a couple of hours this afternoon and fill the live well with some white bass. Had a couple of fatties just under 3 lbs and was able to keep 14 good size ones. Even caught two at one time on a umbrella rig. It’s alway a good day when you can add some fresh fish to the freezer.
