Flu Shots now combined

I've had the flu a couple of times and it's horrible. Usually knocks me down to laying in bed for about a week. Fever and puking.....awful.

I'll gladly take a shot if it will prevent or even lessen the effects of getting the flu bug.

Just curious as to why you folk shy away from getting the flu shot.?

How about Obama is really a highly trained muslim virologist who developed this shot to destroy the manhood of every God Fearing, Gun Owning, Flag Waving Patriot. It will be administered by illegal aliens disguised as nurses. The whole plot was funded by ACORN and the Trilateral Commission. Once these super patriots are impotent, the illegal aliens will repopulate the Southwest, thus reconquering the lands lost by Mexico. The rest of the country will have a mosque on every corner.

Screw the flu shot. I don't need one.

They were giving them at the grocery store today, some woman (not a poor woman by any means) was all up in arms about whether or not her insurance would cover it. Shut up tubby, it's pocket change. Pay for it your own damn self. I guarantee you she drove a $30,000+ car and lived in a $200,000+ house (it's Yupppieville). And we wonder why insurance is expensive.

I did not get the swine flue shot last year because I was concerned with the quality and if I remember right my only option was the live virus.
Normally the only problem I have with the flu shot is whether it comes from a little bottle with multiple dosages or individual single dosages.
The multiple dosage bottle contains mercury, something I try to avoid.

A lot of people have also been turned off by the tie of vaccines to autism. (the US government paid to settle a law suite on autism even though they deny that the shot caused it). I know for a fact that children and grownups can have negative reactions up to and including death from vaccines. I don't know whether they can cause autism or turn you in to a liberal (I suspect the latter part). In my opinion it is nuts to allow a doctor to pump a dozen different shots in to a baby, knowing that even a single shot can have a negative reaction. I see no reason not to vaccinate over a period of time with single vaccines. With vaccines that do not contain mercury.
Too much stupidity and the people lose faith.
