Guess I am lost. You were driving through a town, got pulled over by a certified law enforcement officer, got a ticket for an expired tag and he invaded your rights? I am lost. Guess he would have really "invaded" your rights if he would have towed your vehicle. Since he is so good at invading he did have the right to do that. You may want to say thank you instead of complaining.

If you were wearing your CC badge you could have gotten out of that ticket. Just make sure he/she knows that your the Sheriff of your own "private" police force. Works like a charm....it's a brotherhood thing I think.
