H&H Gunsmith - check work before you leave

Just a heads up if you have anything done there you might want to check their work. I purchased an M&P M2.0 full size from them and brought in my own Dawson sights. Had the gunsmith put my sights on for me since I was there buying the pistol from them. Its been 2 months and I just took it out to the range along with my new M2.0 5". Dude put the front sight in backwards!

Why would you not check it when you picked it up?
Do you do the same thing at a tire store? Just buy the tires and drive away not seeing if they put the right ones on?

I agree with the giving headsup on the gunsmith work at H&H. But give headsup about the guy that didn't look at the sights he had installed on a new gun before going to the range 2 months later.

I had a ruger SR9 slide Cerakoted there. They were not supposed to kote the underside (guide slots) but did anyway. Wouldn't run with out lube for near 2000rds. It finally smoothed out so I could sell her.

I prolly not gonna use H&H again

Maybe I'm weird, but I always use lube on my guns.

I do too but the gun would still function when it ran dry. After H&H got done, it wouldn't.
