I mean, a post #12 is a post #12..... right?

@THAT Gurl

I've always been told a bad BJ is still a BJ ... So it "ain't THAT bad in the grand scheme of things" ... 🤷 I wouldn't know -- the female equivalent bores me out of my mind. Nothing like staring at the ceiling while paint dries ... 🤷🤷🙃🙃 I prefer ... Ahem ... Well I prefer other activities. To each their own, huh? 😇

If it bores you, they are doing it wrong. When you are pulling his hair out, they are doing it right. :thumbup3:

That's what I hear ... And I've said all I'm gonna say about that. Except that I am exceptionally lucky that Grumpy is 1. A good listener and 2. His ego isn't tied to his tongue ... 😋😇😂😂😂😂

I sent what you posted to my tax lady to get her take. Here it is

"My question is, has this guy read up on how they are requiring the people who receive a 1099k to report that? He says not a reportable event, but I can promise If we don't include it on the tax return, the IRS will come back and add it to your return, and send you a bill. So I am going to have to figure out how to show it as received and then given away to be sure you aren't taxed.

This is a new thing for 2023, there hasn't been much guidance even given to us that are current and up to date on tax laws, let alone anyone else. So I am not sure that "old tax guy" really is aware of the change that they haven't even made a decision on how to handle completely. However, if he has some kind of knowledge or information on how this will be handled, I would love to know where to find it.'
Gee, I wish they'd get that digital currency thing online then this would just work itself out and life would be so easy. [/sarc]
We should have just put envelopes with cash in CHenry's mail box.

I never thought this was going to be an issue. But I know many are not going to send cash via USPS. I'd be wary of that myself.

This'll probably be the final straw for me ever accepting PP. Or any other electronic payment for something.

Now some dudes can't even chip in and buy someone a mower without a hassle with the fecking i r s.

thought 1099 could only be applied if it was over $600 bucks per transaction.. or as we did donation.. then all but 1 of us would be clear . he could have given in 2 parts.??
