Seriously though try to remember that he doesn't do it because he want's to annoy you or is ignoring you. I try really hard to listen to what people say and it's a little easier when I can see them talking, in meetings it looks like I'm at wimbledon as someone starts speaking I have to snap my head around to look at them while they talk or I miss the beginning of what they're saying.

Jeez ... what a buddy ... But you are right. I really need to practice on my patience because I'm not the most patient person in the world ... even on a good day ...

I have been accused of talking loud in the past. I don't understand why? I just tend to exhale from the diaprham while talking and some people don't like it. Sheeesh it really baffles me!

I feel ya! (And I meant it was embarrassing for the ******* loudmouths -- not the folks with someone who is deaf or hard of hearing.) I have to repeat everything I say to GC three times, then, on the third (and loudest) time I say it he says to me " Well, you don't have to yell at me!" You are correct, it is hard. But I bet those who love you don't mind one bit. I'd yell at GC all day long if that's what it took ...

You and my wife should start some kind of club or something because she has to do the same exact things with me. I've lost so much of my hearing I've actually considered hearing aides until I saw the cost.
I've only realized how much recently but my left ear is really really bad and the right sure ain't good. Conversations with people are very frustrating. I have a nasty case of tinnitus plus the hearing loss.

As for loud mouthed people? I like them because I can hear what they are saying...

I'm a loudmouth so what? I don't curse in public but I have a hard time hearing, most people with hearing problems speak loudly.

Ive noticed that people that speak other then english have this problem too.
