I would be willing to bet, without even seeing the study, that constitutional carry is a big part of why we are thought to be less safe.

I read the article earlier. Tornado's are apparently a sign one shouldn't live in Oklahoma among the population in other states after a couple of big f-5's.
The fact that there is a shortage of good paying jobs is another factor.
They didn't take into consideration our freedoms as compared to the commie states though that ranked higher.

One thing for certain. You can find a study/survey that will say pretty much anything you want.

Obviously nothing more than liberal hated towards us. Why we're a veritable utopia. As a red state with a sound government that works for us we've managed to be best in everything and eliminate all problems. Why I even heard earlier today that our Glorious Leaders are thinking to tax us on the miles we drive by checking out our private vehicles earlier this year. What a glorious small and efficient government we have.

Truly the only reason we wouldn't be considered the best in everything is the commie media making things up. Like, I've been on our roads and we have some of the nicest most pleasant drivers on the planet. Some people say that there's road rage and middle fingers galore, but they must be confused. Just like how on early could we be so low on financial safety? There's virtually million dollar jobs going stale on the job tree. All people have to do is go pick one out here!

Sheesh, I could go on but it's clearly a hit piece with no basis in reality that reflects daily life here.

Oh I call B.S. on that study. Not saying Oklahoma is a paradise. But I have lived and my relatives had lived and brother still does live in New Mexico and that is one very ****** state, mainly Albuquerque though. New Mexico usually is on the top of everything bad list and the bottom of everything good list. And it is not even in the bottom ten of that list, yeah right.
