PMAGS (remember we can buy them on the internet for $14+ship, so charging $17-22+tax is not going to fool everybody)

Magpul B.A.D. lever $21

A good muzzle brake Surefire MB556k or Battlecomp (this one is $130-150, might be risky to stock cause not everything thinks they need one)

Bravo Gunfighter charging handle $45 (also risky for the same reason as the brake. Just because i think i need these things, most people could care less)

A good sling, but also a good attachment point for said sling. Magpul for both.

Soft case is always handy. Low end $20 range

The above is what I would throw on a stock gun just to make it functional but may be overboard for the guy who just wants to plink.

Good ammo and mags are a necessity. The items you already listed are also necessity (except rail covers), if you don't already own them.

Iron sights. I like Troy flips but there are several cheaper just as good options. Magpul flips are good too.

A full stocking magpul dealer is hard to find.
